Highlight Motor Freight Inc is a large leading trucking company.
We deliver billions of items to Canadians and customers outside of Canada each year. Currently, we are looking enthusiastic, professional Heavy Equipment Operators Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate should:
Speak English, have 1-2 years of experience as a supervisor of heavy Equipment Operators, required education – college diploma/high school/ or equivalent of experience.
Major responsibilities include, and are not limited to;
· Arriving to a job site in a timely manner.
· Follow all health and safety instructions and standards as communicated.
· Conduct pre-operation checks and documentation as required.
· Use and maintain all safety equipment as prescribed.
· Maintain operation and job logs.
· Refuel, clean and lubricate equipment as prescribed.
· Secure special attachments to equipment.
· Maintain and foster positive relationships with all staff, management and contacts.
To coordinate work schedules, to resolve work problems and
recommend measures to improve productivity, Supervise workers on site, Train or arrange for their training,
It is full time job, permanent position, 40 h/week
