We are an online-based custom design and sublimation printing company based out of Canada. We value the process of custom design making for custom products like tshirts, sweat shirts, Phone cased, pillows and other custom printing items. We pride ourselves on working closely with the customers to execute each idea and design with care. The quality we provide is backed by our staff who have extensive knowledge and experience within the t-shirt printing realm. Transparency is key; we recognize that time is valuable and we do our best to provide our customers with accurate order fulfillment. Lastly, we want to do more than just create and print your designs.
This current opening will require the candidate to Consult, edit and design graphic elements and content to meet customers' needs. Develop Concepts from initial idea to finished products. Think creatively and develop new apparel design concepts, graphics, layouts and illustrations. Present design effects by using traditional tools, or multimedia software and image processing, to keep highly consistent with clients' objectives Identify target markets for designs, looking at factors such as colour or pattern trends, customer group, and socioeconomic status. Estimate cost and time to complete the graphic design.
Candidate must also use existing photo and illustration banks and typography guides, Consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements and content of communications materials, Determine the medium best suited to produce the desired visual effect and the most appropriate vehicle for communication, Prepare sketches, layouts and graphic elements, Establish guidelines for illustrators or photographers, Develop the graphic elements that meet the clients' objectives, Co-ordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual or electronic materials
Prepare photographs and illustrating for meeting clients' communication needs Meet print and graphic deadlines and budget requirements. Proactively research fashion trends and stay up to date with industry trends and technologies. Having knowledge in WordPress, Bigcommerce and other e-commerce platforms would be an asset.
REQUIREMENTS: College diploma in graphic arts or Bachelor's Degree in visual arts is required Provide a portfolio of work to demonstrate creative ability and artistic talent. Previous experience as a graphic designer would be an asset.
