Job Description

Tropical farm Market & Meats, BC, is currently looking for One Assistant Store Manager, Who could join immediately. The following are the requirements for the job:

Work Location: 11190 84 Ave Delta, BC Canada

Wage: $44.72 / hour
Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time 30 hours/week
Start date: As soon as possible
Language: English
 
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, direct and evaluate the operation of the store and maximize sales growth.
• Manage staff, assign schedule and duties.
• Procure merchandise, keeping inventory in control.
• Determine merchandise to be sold, and implement price and credit policies by closely working with management.
• Assist management in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
• Assist in planning budgets and authorize expenditures.
• Resolve customer complaints by ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate all store staff to ensure proper staffing and efficient store operations.
• Identify and engage with vendors as required to negotiate and secure merchandise for resale.

Skill requirements:

Completion of Secondary School

Experience: 1 to 2 years of related field
