Job Description

JBR Staffing Solutions, located in Surrey, BC are currently looking for an experienced, reliable and organized candidate to join our team as soon as possible on a full-time basis and fulfill the role of Office Administrator.

 

Job Title: Office Administrator (NOC: 1221)

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time

 

Location of Employment: Unit 24 – 15233 34 Avenue, Surrey, BC V3Z 2T7

 

Wage Rate: $ 26.50 per hour, for 40 hours per week

 

Over Time Wage: $ 39.75 per hour after 8 hours/day and 40 hours/week

 

Benefits: 4% Vacation Pay

 

Number of Vacancies: 1

 

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

 

Job Requirements:

  • Languages: English
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 years to less than 2 years previous relevant experience is required

 

Job Duties:

  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel
