We, 1621804 Alberta Ltd. o/a Days Inn by Wyndham Redwater are looking for a full-time, permanent Night Supervisor. (We can consider Part-time as well as Full-time applicants)
Position: Night Supervisor

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: $22.50/hr-$23.50/hr depend on experience based on 30-36hr/wk with 4% paid vacation
Overtime: Overtime will be provided after 8hrs/day, 44hrs/wk
Work Location: 4710-58 St. Redwater, AB T0A 2W0
Work Setting: Hotel
Education: Completion of Secondary School
Experience: At least 1-2 years related experience
Job Description:
- Lead, support and supervise all overnight operations, assign, and evaluate the work of hotel clerks
- Establish work schedules and procedures, co-ordinate activities with other work departments
- Close and balance all room accounts, ensure cash & credit card receipts are reconciled, payments from guests are processed
- Assist in administration tasks such as organizing & refilling inventory, answering calls & emails, managing company filing systems to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Resolve work-related problems, prepare, and submit progress and other reports
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety & sanitation procedures, and hotel policies
- Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, may arrange for maintenance and repair work
-Other administrative and/or human resources duties as and when required
-Assist clients/guests with special needs.
