Job Description:
Keaan (a division of Tops Total Office Products Ltd.) is an upcoming name in leather hand bags, purses and wallets. Keaan is now available in more than 50 retail stores in North America and is poised to become a must have accessory for men and women of all ages. We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will be leading the division and grow this brand in North America as well as expand its foot print in Europe.
Main Duties include:
- Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of the division
- Develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of products
- Establish distribution networks for products, initiate market research studies and analyze their findings
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the design, development and maintenance of Internet and Intranet sites to manage an organization's Internet presence
- Assist in product development and direct and evaluate the marketing strategies of establishments
- Develop promotional materials
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Manage contracts
- Market business services
- Hire, train, direct and motivate staff
Employment Requirements:
- Completion of a university degree in related field
- Willing to travel to North America, Europe and Asia for business trips
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience is required
- Experience with North American and European wholesalers and buying agents preferred
- Experience with leather goods manufacturing units preferred
