We, 2140349 Alberta Ltd. o/a Riverside Liquor are looking for a full-time, Permanent Liquor Store Supervisor (We can consider Part-time as well as Full-time applicants)
Position: Liquor Store Supervisor
Employer: 2140349 Alberta Ltd. o/a Riverside Liquor
Requirement:
- Completion of Secondary School
- Must be an adult, and 1-2 years of sales experience
Offer: $19.00/hr-$20.00/hr (depending on experience) based on 30-37.5 hr/wk with 4% paid vacation
Overtime: Overtime will be provided after 8hrs/day, 44hrs/wk
Work location: Box 239, 2001 Mistassiniy Rd, Wabasca, AB, T0G 2K0
Terms of Employment: Full-Time, Permanent (Part-Time is also welcome)

Duties:
- Supervise the sales staff and cashiers according to store policies, procedures and standards
- Prepare work schedules, and assign roles
- Maintain stock inventory, and determine how much to order which merchandise
- Resolve issues that include, but are not limited to, customer requests, complaints and supply shortage
- Prepare budgets and reports regarding income and expenses to the General Manager
- Co-ordinate staffing issues, such as hiring new workers, performance reviews, and providing training and development
- Ensure compliance to health and safety standards, COVID-19 Health and Safety Plan
- Perform same tasks as done by regular staff, if necessary
