Fair Deal Custom Homes Ltd is a fast-growing company located at 1239 Eckert Ave, New Westminster, BC – V3M6X3 is urgently looking for Two (02) full-time Carpenter Helper (NOC: 7611) for their Team.
Work Location: Various location all over lower mainland depending upon business contracts
Education & Experience:
No formal education or experience is required. Any education or previous related experience would be an asset.
Language: Basic English
Wage Rate: $21.00/hr. per 40 Hours per week + 4% Vacation pay.
Job Duties:
Operate hand tools and power tools as instructed by carpenters.
Follow the safety procedures while working.
Assist Carpenter and other workers at work site.
Loading and unloading of construction materials at work site.
Assist carpenters in shaping wood, sidings, and other materials.
Clean work areas, machines, or equipment, to maintain a clean and safe job site.
Gather all tools at the end of the day, and ensure that they are put away in a safe and accessible place.
Install handrails under the direction of a carpenter.
Work Conditions:
Able to lift loads and move stuff in work location if required
Able to work dusty and Noisy environment
Maintain a positive attitude while working hard
