Requirement and Skills:
• Completion of Secondary School
• 2 years of related experience

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Directs and coordinates worker activities, such as planting, irrigation, chemical application, harvesting and grading
• Supervise and oversee growing activities to ensure production meets the highest quality standards
• Develop work schedule and oversee the performance of farm workers
• Train new workers and assist duties
• Maintain and service farm equipments
• Inspects fields to determine maturity dates of crops
• Prepare and maintain production record
• Ensure all farm safety procedures are always followed by farm workers
