JMTA Janitorial Services Ltd. is looking for an energetic candidate for the Cleaning Supervisor position. This position will be full time with 8 hours a day and 40 hours per week. Our office is located at 302-9288 120 Street Surrey, BC.
The job duties on this position will be:
Supervise and co-ordinate the work of commercial and residential cleaners and janitors
Inspect sites or facilities to ensure established safety and cleanliness standards are met
Recommend for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipment
Hire and train cleaning staff
Ensure staff reaches on job sites on time
Handle complaints from staff and clients
Prepare work schedule and coordinate activities with those of other departments
Prepare budget, estimate costs and keep financial records
Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs
Perform certain cleaning duties when needed
Requirement:
Completion of high school diploma is required
1 year of supervisory or related work experience is required
What we offer:
$28 per hour
Overtime will be paid for any hours exceeding 40 hour per week
4% vacation pay will be paid
