Builden Construction Ltd. (Corporate Office Address: 9274 Monkland Place, Surrey BC, V3V 6M4) is looking 1 individuals for the position of "Electrician "on permanent and full time equivalent.

Positions: 1

Salary: $ 32.00 and guaranteed 30hrs/week. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support electrical equipment, install brackets and hangers.

• Install, replace, and repair lighting fixtures as well as electrical distribution and control equipment such as switches, relays, and circuit breaker panels.

• Form circuits by joining, splicing, and connecting wire to fixtures and components.

• Follow installation, replacement, or repair of a system, test circuit continuity with test equipment to confirm compatibility and safety.

• Remove and replace damaged components and troubleshoot and isolate faults in electrical and electronic systems.

• Connect audio and video communication equipment, signalling devices, and heating and cooling systems to the electrical grid

• Maintain maintenance records and implement preventive maintenance programmes.

Employment Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Completion of a four- to five-year apprenticeship program or Completion of some trade diploma or certificate with 2 – 3 years of experience is required.
• Language Requirements:

• There is no language ability required to perform as a electrician .

Work Location: Lower Mainland & Vancouver.
