Job Description

Eternity Transport Ltd. a well-known transportation company based at 26103 30A Ave, Langley, BC – V4W 2X6 is looking for One (01) full-time, permanent Bookkeeper (NOC:1311) to join their company.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Completion of High School is required.Completion of a college program in bookkeeping, accounting or related field would be an asset.
2. 2-3 years of experience in relevant field is required.
3. Knowledge of English Language
4. Knowledge of MS Office, Word, excel etc.

Work Locations: 26103 30A Ave, Langley, BC – V4W 2X6.

Compensation & Wages:

1. $25.00/hr for 40 Hours per week + 4% Vacation pay on each schedule pay cheque
2. Overtime @ $37.50/hr after every 8 hours per day & 40 hours per week
3. 5 Days of Sick leave per year

Job Responsibilities:

1. Maintain company’s Financial records in relevant software.
2. Prepare tax returns and accounting reports.
3. Processing new customers and assisting with invoicing for sales team.
4. Full cycle bookkeeping including accounts receivable and payable.
5. Prepare monthly and yearly financial reporting.
6. May do Data Entry and database Management.
7. Prepare and manage tax returns.
8. Prepare cheque for payroll
9. Process payroll in timely manner

 Essential Skills:

Strong organizational skills, Task oriented, Computer skills, Time management capabilities etc. are required.
Candidate must be able to multi-task and completing tasks on time
