Job Description
- SUPERVISE AND ESTABLISH WORK PRIORITIES FOR THE STAFF
- RECEIVE PHONE CALLS TO HANDLE VARIOUS QUERIES AND PROVIDE DIRECTIONS
- EVALUATE AND IMPLEMENT NEW PROCEDURES TO MEET THE DEADLINES EFFICIENTLY
- CARRY OUT ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH COMPANY SCHEDULES FOR THE EMPLOYEES AND THE STAFF
- CO-ORDINATE AND OVERSEE OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES RELATED TO PROCESSING INVOICES AND PAYCHEQUES
- SUPPORTING BOOKKEEPING AND CORRESPONDENCE FOR THE OFFICE SUCH AS EMAILS, LETTERS, PACKAGES AND OFFICE DATA
- ASSISTANCE IN THE COMPANY'S BUDGETARY CONROLS AND KEEP AN EYE ON THE INVENTORY TO MAINTAIN THE EQUIPMENTS, SUCH AS SUPPLIES, PAPER SHEETS, ETC.
- PLANNING FOR UPCOMING SCHEDULES AND GIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE DRIVERS FOR PICKING UP AND DROPING OFF THE EMPLOYEES
- ASSEMBLE DATA AND PROPER RECORD ANR REPORT MANAGEMENT
- PROVIDE SUPERVISION ON THE PROPER RECORD MANAGEMENT SPECIALLY FOR TECHINICIANS AND RELATED STAFF
