Hours: 30 – 40 hours/week

Overview:

Air and Oceanland Inc is seeking a skilled Dispatchers Supervisor to manage operational logistics, coordinate teams, and ensure efficient daily operations. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and hands-on supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

•  Supervise daily dispatch operations to ensure timely vehicle departures.
• Assign drivers and routes based on availability and operational needs.
• Monitor fleet movement and address delays or route issues in real time.
• Coordinate communication between drivers, customers, and management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and transport policies.
• Review and approve dispatch logs, trip sheets, and delivery records.
• Resolve operational problems such as breakdowns or scheduling conflicts.
• Train and guide dispatch staff for efficient workflow execution.
• Track performance metrics and optimize dispatch schedules.
•  Handle customer inquiries related to delivery status and service issues.

Requirements:

• Education: College/CEGEP

• Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role

• Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, organization, and teamwork

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Criminal record check required
