
Business Development Representative – Aluminum Profiles (Canada-Based)
Location: Canada (Remote - candidates must be based in Canada)

We are a real aluminum extrusion manufacturer, not a trading company, operating two large-scale extrusion plants with full in-house capabilities and total scale of 50.000 m2.
In this role, you focus on opening new customers and generating revenue — engineering, samples, order execution, and logistics are fully handled by backend teams.
ROLE OVERVIEW
Business Development Representative responsible for developing new customers and business opportunities in Canada and North America.
This is a purely front-end business development role.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Identify and approach new B2B customers
- Generate qualified leads and commercial inquiries
- Coordinate internal quotations and proposals
- Follow up until order confirmation
- Build front-end customer relationships
- Collect market insights and maintain sales pipeline
WHAT YOU WILL NOT DO
- Technical consultation or engineering
- Sample development or order execution
- Production planning, lead time, logistics
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 1–3+ years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales
- Experience in aluminum/building materials is a plus
- Strong prospecting and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently
LANGUAGE
- English: Required
- French: Strongly preferred (English-only accepted)
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base salary: 40,000 – 60,000 CAD/year
- Annual performance bonus: 15,000 – 35,000 CAD
- OTE target: ~75,000 CAD/year
TRAVEL & EXPENSES
Business travel and client entertainment expenses covered separately under company policy.
