WANTED: Manager at WHISTLER SAMURAI SUSHI!

Position: Manager (NOC 0631)

Position Available: 1

Employer: Singletrack Sushi Inc. o/a Whistler Samurai Sushi

Working Location: 7011 Nesters Road, Whistler, BC V8E 0X1

Working Conditions:

• Permanent, Full-time
• Wage: $27.00 per hour
• Working hours: 35~40 hours per week

Job Duties:

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the daily operations
• Build work schedules considering the seasons, business trends and local events etc.
• Monitor staff performance and have coaching conversation if needed
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures in operations
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Plan hiring and recruit staff

Requirements:

• Language: English
• Completion of high school
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in food or restaurant service
• Must be available to work at least one day on weekend
