Bola Sweets & Restaurant Ltd. dba Diamond Sweets & Restaurant located at Unit# 160-8047 Scott Road, Delta BC V4C 1L2 specializing in Indian cuisine, are hiring a full-time and permanent Food Service Supervisor to join our team and contribute in success of our business.

Start Date of Employment (Approx.): As soon as possible.

Wages: $26.50 per hour, 40 hours per week.

Benefits: 4% Vacation pay

Work Location: Unit# 160-8047 Scott Road, Delta BC V4C 1L2

Eligibility:
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 2 to less than 3 years of previous related experience
• Language: English

Ability to Supervise: 3-4 people

Job Duties:
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food

• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies

• Ensure food service and quality control

• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

• Prepare and submit reports

• Prepare food order summaries for chef

• Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres

• Supervise and check assembly of trays

• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys

• Establish methods to meet work schedules

• Address customer’s complaint or concerns

• Establish work schedules

• Prepare budget and cost estimate

• Hire food service staff

• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
