Job Description:
- Responsible to students and education agents regarding program inquiries, admission eligibility, enrolment confirmation, and post-enrolment customer care.
- Provides recommendations on eligibility deficiencies, payment plans, and practicum prerequisite.
- Organizes electronic and hard copies of applicant files by making sure all pertinent correspondence, documents, and payment files are regularly updated and systematically labelled.
- Creates and maintains a tracking system for payment instalment plans, language proficiency Schedule and results, and contract numbers for new enrolments.
- Handles preliminary evaluation of other student recruiters' admission documents prior to submission to the director for final signature.
- Accountable for the daily operations in the Admissions Office when the Program Coordinator and Director are unavailable
