Job Description:

• Work with the leadership/management team to implement business development initiatives, and to plan and attend events, tradeshows, webinars, presentations and conferences.
• Generate business through outbound lead activity and research companies/opportunities to identify new prospects.
• Create transformational business and product development opportunities - leveraging market insights, company strategy, and opportunistic thinking.
• Conduct market research to develop new strategies
• Analyze financial data and create strategies to trim overhead costs
• Recruit and train new members for the business development team
• Develop and implement business plans, with subsequent client or customer feedback to improve the business plan
• Conduct social or economic surveys with analytical marketing studies on local, regional, or international areas to assess development of potential and future trends
• Assist sales team to create sales proposals for new and existing clients
• Present project documentation to clientele for review and negotiation.
• Establish rapport and build strong relationships with all levels of stakeholders.
• Manage daily and weekly KPI reports for sales activity, lead, opportunities, closed business, and existing pipeline
• Create a budget and track expenses and maintain

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree

Experience: 1 to 2 years
