 Job Title: Customer Service clerk (NOC 64409)

No of Vacancies: 1 

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, (Overtime & Weekend if required)

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible 

Work Address: 12511 Vickers Way, Richmond, BC V6V 1J2

 Wage rate: $26.50 - $27.00 per hour, for 40 hours per week 

 Education: High School required; college diploma an asset. 

Experience: 1 Year to less than 2 Years of experience 

Languages: English

Job Duties: 

• Help keep wash site clean, organized, and safe
• Respond and resolve customer related issues and problems
• Ensure compliance of company standards and procedures in providing customer services
• Help and guide the customers coming for car washes
• Greet all customers and create genuine connections with customers
• Walk the wash site, as able, to engage with customer and help them as needed
• Guide customers on the wash process from beginning to end and has a solid understanding of all soaps, chemicals, and equipment used in the wash
• Explain the customers with the type of services offered and their costs

 Essential Skills: Good communication skills, working with others, organized, reliable
