Job Description

Electrician – 1 Position, Gandhi Electrical Services Ltd., London, Ontario, N6K 0K7, Canada ($32.00/hour, 35 Hours Per Week)

Job Duties

Professionalism in customer service, Install underground wiring and cables, Install, replace and repair electrical controls and panel boxes, Keep maintenance reports and documentation, Splice, join and connect wires, Test and measure voltage, loads, ground faults integrity of circuits, Determine appropriate selection of materials and methods for hazardous locations, Troubleshoot and isolate faults, Install surface mount and/or overhead cables, Instruct apprentices, Install power generation, stand-by power generation and power conditioning systems, Estimate costs and materials, Renovate electrical systems in residential and commercial structures, Conduct preventive maintenance programs, Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications

Job Requirements:

• Must have College, CEGEP or Other non-university or Diploma of 1 year to 2 year
• At least 1 year of experience will be an asset
• Languages: English, mandatory
