Job Description:
Communicate with computer users who are having issues both online and in person to identify and record issues.
Consult user manuals, technical manuals, and other documentation as you conduct research and put answers into practice.
Reproducing, identifying, and fixing user-experience issues with technology.
Provide guidance and instruction to users when required.
Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
Create, manage, and share a log of issues and solutions with other technical support analysts.
May supervise other technical support workers in this group.
Requirements:
Completion of a diploma or degree in computer science, computer programming, or network administration.
