Position:                                                        Supply Chain Supervisor

Duration:                                                       Permanent, Full-Time

Hours:                                                            30 hrs /week

Salary:                                                            $28.85/hr

Overtime:                                                      $43.27/hr (As per BC Standards – for over 8 hrs/day; 40 hrs/wk)

Observed Holidays:                                     As outlined on labour.gov.bc.ca – 10 holidays/yr

Education:                                                     Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience:                                                   7 months to less than 1 year in retail sector

Duties:

• Establishes operational procedures for activities, such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping inventory current.
• Daily order review to ensure inventory availability and ensure all required documents are complete and available.
• Manage a team of individuals responsible for pre-ship, Incoming receipts and outbound customer orders
• Ensure Health & Safety guidelines are followed by inspecting the physical condition of the warehouse and equipment and prepares work order for repairs and requisitions for replacement of equipment.
• Performs cycle counts and investigates discrepancies.
• Responsible for accuracy of total inventory
• Works with others to ensure coordination of logistics activities with cross functional groups such as sales order management, customer service, procurement, purchasing and logistics/compliance
• Manage day to day activities to meet established SLA’s and report against SLA’s weekly
• Create procedures and train staff to ensure compliance
