Requirements/Skills:
- 2-3 years of demand generation marketing experience, ideally from an ecommerce SaaS
- company
- Hands-on experience of running performance marketing campaigns across paid social
- and paid search
- Extensive knowledge of paid acquisition best practices and demonstrated ability to run
- cost-efficient campaigns
- Hands-on experience using Intercom or similar CRM software
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns in a B2B, SaaS environment
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and experience running detailed campaign reporting
- Strong project management skills
- Problem solver with a growth hacking mentality
- Automation is your friend
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build strong, integrated marketing programs using a mix of content marketing,
- performance marketing, and email marketing
- Plan, develop, and execute paid marketing campaigns (creating copy and having heavy
- creative input) to drive brand awareness and, ultimately, generate installs
- Manage an ad budget to drive the most qualified users through paid programs. Know
- when to increase spend, decrease spend, find a new channel, etc.
- Closely partner with other marketing team members and others across the organization
- with copywriting and ad-hoc digital marketing projects
- Implement testing methodologies to enhance the demand creation process, including
- response and conversion rates
- Analyze campaign results and make data-based adjustments. What worked? What
- didn’t? What are we going to do next?
- Put the customer first by delivering valuable, insightful newsletters to our Talking Shop community
