Wage: $28.00 per hour, 40 hours per week

Required Education: Completion of High School

Required Language: English

Required Experience: 1 – 2 years of experience

Anticipated start date: As soon as possible

Job Duties:

• Maintain records of all financial transactions.
• Define bookkeeping policies and procedures.
• Balance accounts by reconciling entries.
• Calculate and prepare cheques for payrolls and for utility and other bills.
• Prepare tax returns.
• Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports.
• Update and maintain general ledger.
• Prepare trial balance of books.
• Keep financial records and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
