Great Wall Express is a quick service restaurant serving Chinese cuisine in Rosetown, SK. We are looking for a highly motived full-time Cook to join our team, who will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes and foods.

Main Duties of the Job

• Prepare all components of the meal
• Direct the process of food preparation and cooking and other relative activities
• Ensure the normal operation of the kitchen
• Follow the recipes or menu provided
• Assist in creating new recipes ensuring the variety of servings
• Ensure meals are served on time
• Sanitize all work surfaces and equipment used
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Assist with special menus

Employment Requirement

• High school diploma
• Cooking experience (preferred), on-the-job training will be provided to the right candidate

Work Place

• Rosetown,SK, Canada

Compensation

• Full time: $15/hour, 40 hours per week, Permanent
