JOB REQUIREMENTS
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of established and demonstrable experience in commercial kitchen.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, Fast-paced environment, Overtime required, Standing for extended periods, Work under pressure

Supervision : 3-4 people
SPECIFIC SKILLS
- Perform same duties as workers supervised,
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work,
- Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments,
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies,
- Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports,
- Handle wake-up calls,
- Follow emergency and safety procedures,
- Process group arrivals and departures,
- Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments,
- Investigate and resolve complaints and claims,
- Take, cancel and change room reservations,
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments,
- Register arriving guests and assign rooms
