Job Details

Location-                                            3440 County Road 27 Lyn, ON, K0E 1M0

Salary-                                                17.50 hourly

Terms of employment-                       45 to 50 hours per week, Permanent employment, Full time

Start date-                                           As soon as possible

Languages-                                       English

Education-                                        No degree, certificate or diploma

Experience-                                      2 years to less than 3 years

Work site environment-                    Dairy, Livestock

Job Responsibilities

Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures;

Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed;

Maintain financial and production records related to livestock and milk;

Formulate feeding program for the cattle’s;

Accurately maintain livestock performance records according to established methods;

Maintain quality control and production records;

Identify and treat livestock health problems;

Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment;

Perform general farm duties as required;
