Job Description

Responsibilities

• Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
• Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
• Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
• Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
•  Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
• Prepare and monitor contracts and budgets
• Provide technical and professional advice financial and budget administration
• Manage the company’s compliance with local and federal regulatory matters
• Partner with senior leaders to ensure the company hits revenue targets

Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or similar field
• 5 or more years of experience in same position
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work with a team
• Knowledge of financial planning, P&L analysis, and margin improvement.
• Budgetary responsibility of $500,001 - $1,500,000
• Keen attention to details and information provided; meet tight deadlines.
• Efficient interpersonal skills and judgment
• Manage a team of 5-10 people.

Salary & hours

$65.20/ hour for 35 hours per week
