Duties:
~ Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
~Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
~Oversee kitchen operations
~Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipments
~May clean kitchen and work area
~May hire and train kitchen staff.
