Job Description

Term: Permanent, full-time, day

Salary: $26.06 to $28.43 per hour; 32 to 40 hours per week

Address: 2360 Midland Avenue, Unit 21-23

Experience: Five years or more in screen printing

Job duties:

• Set up, maintain and fix screen printing machines, including automatic screen printing machine, dryer, manual screenprinting machine and etc.
• Provide leadership that drives continuous improvement consistent with company strategic and production plan (mainlyfocus on product efficient and quality, and also willing to learn and execute processes to work with the team with newscreen printed technology).
• Training staff to ensure department is professional and all work is performed in compliance with all regulationrequirements and company policies.
• Co-ordinate, assign and supervise all production activities and outcomes to ensure all production schedule andagreed upon quality goals can be met.
• Coordinate and oversee inventory control function.
• Perform additional related duties as required.
