Job Description

2201770 Ontario Inc. O/A Harvey’s located at 2200 Queen Street E, Brampton, Ontario, L6S 4G9 requires 1 Shift Supervisor on a Permanent full-time basis. Wage: $ 19 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours or above per week. 1 year to less than 2 years’ supervisory experience required. Additionally, 4 % of the remuneration of the gross salary will be paid. Duties Shift Supervisor

1. Overall supervision of restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely order preparation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
2. Ensure the consistency in taste and quality of food being prepared as per the guidelines and benchmark set by the franchise corporation.
3. Monitor and maintain all product/ supply levels and notify management when levels are low.
4. Ensure safe working condition of food preparation equipment and notify management immediately when equipment require repair.
5. Ensure safe working environment of all employees working in that shift and notify management of any safety hazards or concerns.
6. Attend and Resolve Customer Complaints, when and if required.
7. Any other relevant tasks.
