Main duties:

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods

• Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, monitor and order supplies

• Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers

• Oversee kitchen operations

• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

• Clean kitchen and work area

• Hire and train kitchen staff

Essential skills: Oral communication, problem solving, decision making

Terms of Employment: Permanent, full-time – 40 hr/weekly

Salary:  $16.25 to $18.25 hourly, depending on experience, minimum 40 hours per week with potential of overtime

Work Location: 5802 River Road, Delta, British Columbia, V4K 1S9

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
