Job Description

2597938 Ontario Inc. O/A Circle K/Esso Gas Station located at 14805 County Road 2, Ingleside, Ontario, K0C 1M0, requires 1 Retail Supervisor (Gas Station, Convenience Store and Liquor outlet) on Permanent and Full time  basis. Wages $26.50 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours or above per week. Must have 1 year to less than 2 years verifiable experience. Additionally, 10 paid vacations and 10 sick leaves will be provided. Job Duties

• Overall supervision of gas station and Convenience Store and also to attend the customer
• Ensure smooth operations of the convenience store and gas station
• Evaluate the competition trends in the market and suggest the pricing strategies to the gas supplier
• Manage the inventory and order supplies as needed
• Plan and execute sales promotions to attract customers
• Resolve customer complaints
• Assist owner and manager in compliance of safety and hazard policy
• Supervision and management of employee related matters such as hiring, training, submitting payroll information to the accountant
• Any other tasks relevant to effective and efficient supervision of the store
