Regal ExteriorLtd. located in Surrey, BC is currently hiring 2 full-time “Construction Cleaners” to join their growing team and to be able to work at various locations in the Lower Mainland areas of BC.

Position Details:

Position: Construction Cleaner

Number of positions: 2

Terms of employment: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: $26.45 per hour

Work timings: 1 PM to 9 PM (5 days a week)

Work location(s): Various Locations in Surrey (BC) & other areas in Lower Mainland (BC).

Job Duties

• Gather and remove rubble, scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other unwanted materials from the construction sites.
• Empty trash cans and other waste containers located at the construction sites.
• Thoroughly clean all specified work areas and prepare for next day work while respecting all safety rules and regulations of the construction site.
• Clean snow and ice from construction sites whenever required.
• Clean windows, interior walls, floors, and ceilings etc.
• Vacuuming, and sweeping hallways, floors, and stairs when required.
• Move equipment, supplies and other items to appropriate areas for cleanup work.

Job Requirements

• Completion of high school would be considered an asset but not mandatory.
• Some work experience in the similar work would be an asset but not mandatory.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Candidate should be willing to work outdoors, indoors, and all-weather conditions.

Transportation: Transportation between work sites will be provided by the company and travel time will be paid.
