Position Description

Position: Stucco Plasterer Helper

Type of employment: Full-Time, Permanent

No of positions: 2

Anticipated Start date: as soon as possible

Work Location: Various job sites in Lower Mainland, Greater Vancouver, and Fraser Valley (BC).

Salary and Benefits

Salary: $26.50 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform general work to assist plasterer including carrying, supplying, or holding mixed plaster, tools and other materials required to plasterer to perform their work.
• Load, unload construction materials & equipment and move them to work areas.
• Maintain general site tidiness by removing rubble, debris and other unwanted materials from work site.
• Move the coating material from one place to another as per plasterer’s instructions.
• Take care of the equipment, pack up tools at the end of the shift, put away any unused materials, and take down bracing and scaffolding if necessary

Job Requirements:

• No experience required (training will be provided).
• Ability to walk, stand, crouch for long periods of time and carry out strenuous physical tasks.

Note:

• If any of the current employee of Main Stucco Ltd. makes a referral that result into a hire, the company will pay $500.00 CAD to that employee.

• Financial assistance for relocation from other cities, provinces or regions will be provided up to $1000.00 CAD for qualified candidates.
