Job Description:
As a Civil Engineer at ARMATARH CONSULTING INC. you will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing various building projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our construction projects adhere to regulations, codes, and guidelines, while maintaining the highest level of quality. You will work closely with clients, team members, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and design building projects, considering structural integrity, safety, and aesthetics.
Develop detailed construction specifications and procedures to guide project implementation.
Evaluate and recommend appropriate construction materials that meet quality and cost-effectiveness criteria.
Ensure that construction plans align with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Collaborate with clients and project team members to determine project requirements and objectives.
Conduct thorough research to stay informed about the latest industry trends and best practices.
Review and approve designs, calculations, and cost estimates to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
Qualifications:
Professional Engineer license in Canada is mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using engineering software and tools for design and analysis.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for working within a collaborative team environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

The Civil Engineer may be requested to perform additional tasks as directed by the Executive Director and the Construction Manager.
