Job Description

Our Client provides full-service automotive repair and maintenance, that has been proudly servicing their local communities since 1982. Our licensed technicians take great pride in delivering exceptional service based on integrity, trust, reliability & and professionalism. We have over 40 locations across southern Ontario and are a trusted brand in the automotive repair and maintenance industry.

We are currently looking for an AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR to join their team of highly skilled professionals and experienced individuals who are passionate about the automobile industry and are seeking new growth opportunities.

They are responsible for advising customers on the necessary services required for their vehicle, as well as keeping with routine maintenance. The Service Advisor will also advise customers on other available services, book appointments, and build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Have experience as an automotive service advisor
• Advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles.
• Scheduling appointments.
• Dealing with customer's inquiries and concerns.
• Follow up with the progress of each repair order during the day.
• Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in process and appointments.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• Provides customers with complete and accurate written cost estimates, and establishes the time required to complete work.
• Must be eligible to work in Mississauga, ON.

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience as a Automotive Service Advisor
• Valid Driver License.
• Mon-Friday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
