Job Description

 

Duties are:

  • Convert handwritten copy and shorhand into letters and legal documents such as deeds, wills affidavits, and briefs.
  • Establish professional daily interaction with clients and the courts while setting up calendar and scheduling management. 
  • Investigate the situation, gather information and documentary methods, and provide case -relevant materials.
  • Prepare case summaries, condense testimony, interrogatories, and depositions, and manage client and witness correspondences. 
  • Coordinate meetings, and appointments for the clients and provide administrative support accordingly.
  • Set up office routines and procedures, answer, and route phone calls and account billing and collection. 
  • Assist in the planning of hearings and trials and create communications and/or legal papers for review. 
  • Perform various administrative functions, including but not limited to , conflict checks, maintain and organize files and lift of clients.
