We are a family owned Pizza who prides ourselves on providing an exceptional customer experience. We specialize in Indian style pizza.

The successful candidates will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.

Responsibilities:

Prepare pizzas out of our menu and based on custom orders
Make fresh sauce
Wash and chop vegetables
Cut, slice and grill meats like chicken and salami
Maintain a clean cooking station and sterilize equipment
Assist kitchen with other duties as assigned
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food
requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
Inspect kitchens and food service areas
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Clean kitchen and work areas

Requirements and skills:

Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
An understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
Thorough knowledge of food safety procedures
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
A team player with good communication skills
Patient with an ability to stay positive under pressure
Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to work shifts, over weekends, and on public holidays, as needed
