Job Description

Able Transport Ltd. a transportation company with a business address based at 29072 Maclure Rd, Abbotsford, BC - V3X 1K3 is looking for One (01) full-time, permanent Transportation Logistics Supervisor (NOC:12013)

 Requirements:

• Education: Completion of High school education is required. Any higher related education would be considered an asset.

• Experience: More than 2 years of experience in related field is required.

• Language: English

Wages: $30.00/hr. (35-40 hours/week+4% Vacation Pay)

Job Duties:

• Supervise and manage the activities of workers involved in shipping, dispatching etc.
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations,
• Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods,
• Make sure transport compliance with regulation standards.
• Order supplies and materials as required.
• Control and manage the budget.
• Look after the workers performance and prepare report on monthly basis.
• Do the Hiring and arrange the necessary training for workers?
• Arrange the service and maintenance of vehicle.
• Check and verify the documentation for shipment and keep the tracking of goods in transit.
• Make sure all safety procedures are followed.

Other Conditions:

• The ideal candidate must be well-organized, motivated with good communication skills.
• Must be able to perform multiple tasks.
