Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to identify potential markets, customers, and industry trends, helping the company understand where growth opportunities lie. 
• Evaluate historical and present financial data, such as sales reports, to formulate cost-cutting measures and revenue-enhancing strategies.
• Conduct market research to pinpoint emerging prospects and collaborate with executives to devise strategies for pursuing fresh opportunities.
• Enhance and craft proposals designed to meet the needs of both existing and prospective clients.
• Respond effectively to the inquiries and prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and forecasts 
• Prepare and manage the company's budget while maintaining constant vigilance over expenditures, ensuring alignment with revenue goals.
• Offer friendly collaboration to other staff members, fostering ultimate professional growth.
• Construct and deliver compelling presentations at different workshops and conferences for potential investors, showcasing the company's value and growth potential.

Eligibility requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, economics, or a related discipline is typically required. 
• This position requires 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience. 
• Strong sales and marketing skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and proposal development, are critical for success in this role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for client interactions, proposal creation, and internal collaboration.
• One should be able to analyze market data, financial reports, and client feedback to make informed decisions and develop strategies.
• The ability to negotiate effectively with clients, partners, and stakeholders is important for securing deals and partnerships.
• Proficiency in using software tools for data analysis, customer relationship management (CRM), and proposal creation is required.

Salary: $ 45.15 hourly / 35 hours per Week

Overtime:1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
