Permanent Position: Early Childhood Assistant (NOC #42202)

Wage Rate: $20.00 Hourly, for 40 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, day, morning, overtime if required.
Education: Licensed as Early childhood Assistant required.
Experience: Experience is an asset.
Languages: English.
Job Duties:
·â€¯â€¯â€¯â€¯â€¯â€¯ Assist early childhood educators in developing various programs for overall child development.
·â€¯â€¯â€¯â€¯â€¯â€¯ Interact with children with various activities including art, storytelling and music.
·â€¯â€¯â€¯â€¯â€¯â€¯ Assist the children in proper hygiene practices such as eating and dressing.
·â€¯â€¯â€¯â€¯â€¯â€¯ Observe the children and prepare reports for early childhood supervisors.
·â€¯â€¯â€¯â€¯â€¯â€¯ Arrange meals for children, maintain and order daycare equipment as required.
·â€¯â€¯â€¯â€¯â€¯â€¯ Discuss child progress with parents and senior educators.
