Salary and Benefits

Salary: $27.50 per hour

Overtime and Vacation Pay

KSD Mobile Truck & Trailer Repair Ltd. incentivizes its current employees with a $1000.00 CAD bonus if their referral leads to a successful hire.

For qualified candidates coming from different cities, provinces, or regions, we offer a financial support package for relocation expenses, amounting to up to $1500.00 CAD.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with automobile mechanical, electrical, and body repairs, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Support in diagnosing issues with vehicle engines and mechanical/electrical components, contributing to efficient problem-solving.
• Assist in comprehensive vehicle inspections to detect malfunctions, wear, and tear, and verify compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage the movement of tools, machinery parts, and other necessary materials between different workstations, enhancing workflow.
• Execute regular cleaning and lubrication tasks for vehicle parts, extending their operational life and maintaining vehicle performance.
• Maintain a hazard-free workplace by adhering to and promoting safety protocols and fostering a secure environment.
• Assist in inventory management, tracking, and procurement of vehicle parts, ensuring the ready availability of necessary components.
• Provide support to the mechanic in customer service responsibilities, including explaining the scope of repair work, future maintenance recommendations, and associated costs.
• Document all repair processes, maintaining accurate records for future reference, transparency, and service continuity.
• Adapt to a versatile role, performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned to meet evolving business and service requirements.

Job Requirements

• Completion of secondary school would be an asset.
• No experience required; On-the-job training will be provided.
• Good communication skills.
• Positive and Cooperative attitude.
• Good attention to detail.
• Strong commitment to safety.
