Job Description

LOVEWOOD by Zoltech is a small Canadian hardwood flooring company dedicated to beautifully made hardwood floors. Over the past 20 years, the company known as Zoltech has become well known and respected in the industry.

LOVEWOOD was formed in order to launch the company’s first showroom. The showroom is open to trades as well as design professionals and the general public.

At LOVEWOOD, you will find to choose from a broad range of domestic and European hardwood samples, natural oils, waxes and maintenance products. On site, the team of wood-workers will produce well made, beautiful floors. At home, you will walk on those floors because floors, after all, are meant for walking on.

At this point we are looking for 4 experienced Vinyl floor installers to join our amazing team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.

DUTIES:

• Inspect, measure and mark surfaces to be covered
• Measure, cut and fasten underlay and underpadding
• Prepare flooring plans and scheduling
• Measure, cut and install carpeting on floors
• Measure, cut and install resilient floor coverings
• Prepare and install hardwood floors
• Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings
• Estimate costs and materials
• Prepare floors for installations
• Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants
• Install carpeting on walls or other surfaces
• Perform direct glue-down carpet installations
• Perform double-bond carpet installations
• Install vinyl decking materials

REQUIREMENTS:

- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience is required.

- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
