Job duties
- Respond to inquiries over the phone and in person by providing information to consumers and the public.
- Assist several departments in facilitating work and service of the entire company’s product line.
- Work together with clients to identify issues and make sure the right questions are addressed.
- Respond to all client questions and put out a report for management to evaluate.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for the clients and provide administrative support accordingly.
- Maintain awareness of all consumer needs and offer effective responses and make sure the data is accurate and verify it for all customer care.
- Perform various administrative and other functions, including but not limited to conflict checks, maintain, and organize client files, and maintain client lists.
