Xchange Logistics Corporation is Professional Logistics Service provider with freight forwarding, custom broker, warehousing, domestics and international shipping services.
Your Responsibilities as a Warehouse Manager will be followings:
- Supervise warehouse activities in alignment with company's guidelines and objectives, receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.
- Schedule and assign work to team staffs, monitor and follow up on work results.
- Regularly assess inventory levels, keep data storage systems up to date, produce regular consistent reports and statistics and plan for future capacity requirements.
- Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing layouts, inspecting equipment, arranging work orders for repair or replacement.
- Achieve financial objectives, plan and prepare annual budget, monitoring expenses, analyzing financial discrepancies, and implementing measures for improvement.
- Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
- Liaise and negotiate with clients, suppliers and transport companies; manage and resolve customer service requests.
- Recruit new employees; provide guidance and training to the inventory team.
Requirements:
Education
A university degree or college diploma in relevant business administration or in a discipline related to facility operation and maintenance.
Work Experience
Minimum of 1-year work experience as a warehouse manager or related experience.
Language
Job Type: full-time (37.5 hours/week), permanent
Salary: $47.5 hourly
