HR Manager

Job Description:

• Develop tailored recruitment strategies for diverse franchise locations.
• Collaborate with franchise owners to streamline and execute effective hiring processes.
• Establish standardized onboarding procedures for seamless integration of new franchise employees.
• Coordinate and implement training initiatives to ensure consistent skill development across franchises.
• Cultivate positive relationships between corporate and franchise staff.
• Innovate communication channels to promptly address and resolve franchise employee concerns.
• Implement performance appraisal systems customized for franchise employees.
• Provide strategic guidance to franchise owners on individual and team development.
• Craft HR policies tailored to the unique dynamics of franchise operations.
• Conduct audits to guarantee franchise locations comply with employment laws and corporate standards.
• Effectively administer and communicate employee benefit programs for franchise staff.
• Collaborate with franchise owners to address benefit-related inquiries and ensure alignment with corporate guidelines.
• Oversee health and safety compliance at franchise locations.
• Conduct routine audits to proactively identify and address workplace safety improvements.
• Maintain a centralized HR database for streamlined recordkeeping across franchise employees.
• Generate insightful reports on HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decision-making.
• Forge close partnerships with franchise owners to align HR strategies seamlessly with overarching business objectives.
• Provide dedicated HR support for franchise expansion and ongoing development.
• Act as a representative at franchise community events, fostering a sense of corporate presence.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key figures in franchise associations.

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
Wage: $55.29 hourly for 30 hours per week.
Benefits: 4% paid vacation.

Qualifications/ Skills/ Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 2-3 Years or more experience in HR management
- Language: Speak English, Read English, Write English
