Job Description

The position of Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for all social media coordination, content planning, content creation and digital & graphic design.

 Tasks include, but are not limited to:

Development, implementation and management of the social media strategy.

• Analyzing trends on social media platforms, including, but not limited to Instagram and TikTok;
• Manage and oversee social media, including, but not limited to Instagram and TikTok content
• Provide constructive feedback and recommendations
• Manage all aspects of related to social media.
• Develop and organize workshops, meetings, ceremonies and other events for publicity, fundraising and information purposes.
• Develop, implement and evaluate communication strategies and programs
• Initiate and maintain contact with the media.
• Maintain and manage digital database.
• Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of products and services

Content Creation.

• Create content, videos and posts for social media platforms, including, but not limited to Instagram and TikTok (posts and stories).
• Prepare or oversee preparation of reports, briefs, bibliographies, speeches, presentations, Website content and press releases

 Designing Tasks.

• Announcement posters
• Promotional materials design
