Job Description

Job Title: Field service technician – Business Equipment 

Salary: $27.50/Hr, 35Hr/Week

Education:  College or above

Work Experience: More than 3+ Years

Tasks:

• Inspect products to determine the requirements for repair in different branch
• Install, maintain and repair production equipment in different branch
• Inspect and test production equipment and assemblies in different branch
• Repair or replace defective or worn parts and components in different branch
• Diagnose and locate circuit, component and equipment faults in different branch
• Test and adjust repaired products for proper functioning in different branch
• Calibrate products using hand tools in different branch
• Complete work orders, test and maintenance reports in main store
• Supervise other equipment service technicians
• Provide customer service if needed.
